By accessing or using Pinch ("the Service"), operated by Platos Collective ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pinch is a DM sales automation agent that operates within messaging platforms. The Service includes the web dashboard, setup wizard, Chrome extension, and automated messaging capabilities powered by AI.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Messages generated by Pinch are created by AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the messaging framework and conversation style configured through the setup wizard. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated messages.
All code, design, and content of the Service are owned by Platos Collective. Your data and conversation configurations remain yours.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to account suspensions on third-party platforms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
